HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – On Friday, Sept. 12, students, families, staff, and Colonels fans packed the stands at the Stadium of Champions to celebrate the Colonels final homecoming game. This school year the current CCHS will be celebrating school traditions for the last time as they prepare to combine with Hopkinsville High School at the new campus next fall.
As they transition into the Christian County Tigers next year, history was set tonight with the crowning of the final Colonels homecoming king and queen, with the cheerleaders and band getting the crowd ready to cheer on the dedicated players.
