OAK GROVE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Road crews will be tackling several paving projects in Oak Grove which may impact the flow of traffic.
A statement from the City of Oak Grove disclosed that contractors will first begin paving roads in the Beels Subdivision on March 10. After that is completed, several roads in other neighborhoods will also be paved, with no specific date set.
Paving will impact the following roads.
- Shadow Ridge Avenue
- Timothy Avenue
- Keith Avenue
- Gainey Drive
- Oak Tree Drive
“We do not have a definite timeline, especially with the possibility of storms this week,” said a statement from the city. “However, we expect these roads to be paved either this week or next, weather permitting.”
When work is initiated, vehicles should be moved of the roadways to allow pavers through the area.
