HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Police are investigation a shooting that left a man injured in a downtown neighborhood Monday evening.
Around 6 p.m. on Dec. 8, Hopkinsville Police and EMS responded to the 900 block of Younglove Street in response to shots fired. An adult male with a gunshot wound to the foot was found in the area, and EMS transported him to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for additional treatment.
Detectives with HPD will continue to investigate, but no arrests have been made in connection to the shooting. In November, there were three separate shootings on Younglove Street, which are also still under investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to call ECC at 270-890-1300.
