Sunday afternoon, Christian County is at a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms, with the main threat being damaging wind gusts over 30 mph, according to the National Weather Service. There is a 90% chance of showers overnight, with previous predictions for a wintery mix no longer anticipated.

After storms and rain come through the area after 7 p.m., the wind chill may drop to single digits into Monday, with a high of only 30 degrees anticipated to start the week.
