HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – After leaving the scene of an assault, a man was found hiding in the woods by Hopkinsville Police.
Officers arrived at a residence on Recovery Drive in Hopkinsville around 1 a.m. on Wednesday in response to an assault. The victim told police she was previously in a relationship with the suspect. The man trapped her in the bedroom before stealing her purse and leaving the residence, according to an arrest report.
