Whether you love a demolition derby and tractor pull, Minecraft, or the circus, or you would rather take a trip to the Shire and support a downtown brewery, there is something for everyone!

- Details: Minecraft fans unite for the library’s first-ever Fandom Frenzy. Enjoy themed crafts, activities, video games, and light snacks. Costumes and Minecraft gear are encouraged for a fun afternoon of mining, crafting, and community.

- Details: Celebrate fall with Hopkinsville Brewing Company’s 9th annual Hoptoberfest. Compete in signature contests like the beard competition, the stein-holding challenge, and this year’s new adult beer-themed spelling bee. Enjoy food from Camo Caravan.

Museum Gala: Juleps, Jockeys, & Jazz

- When: Saturday, Sept. 20 at 5:30 p.m.
- Cost: $100 per person
- Details: The second annual Museum Gala celebrates art, history, and culture with a night of cocktails, dinner, music by Full Circle, and a special “Create from the Collection” art installation and silent auction. Inspired by the 100th anniversary of a Christian County horse winning the Kentucky Derby, this year’s theme is “Juleps, Jockeys, & Jazz.” Guests are encouraged to dress in theme. Proceeds benefit the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County.
