HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – A vehicle was found sunk in the Little River in the area of West Ninth Street in Hopkinsville.
At approximately 9:15 a.m. Friday morning, Hopkinsville Fire Department, Hopkinsville Police Department, and Public Works responded to the notification that a vehicle was partially submerged in Little River downriver from the public library. HFD was able to deploy a firefighter to the vehicle, where it was confirmed to be unoccupied. The vehicle was then towed out of the water.
Randy Graham, Director of Christian County Emergency Management says it is unknown when the vehicle entered the water.
