CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The deadline to vote in this year’s November general election is ending soon. The voting registration deadline is Oct. 10 at 4 p.m.
You can register to vote on the Kentucky voter information portal or register in person at the Christian County Clerk’s office and pick up a form. The county clerks office is located at 511 S. Main Street in Hopkinsville. The office is open Monday through Friday 8-4 p.m.
This year, there are many ways to cast your ballot in the November General Election. Here is a break down for in-person absentee voting, early voting, and election day voting for Christian County.
Voter registration: The voting registration deadline is Oct. 10 at 4 p.m.
In-person absentee voting: In-person absentee voting will take place at the Christian County Clerk’s office at 511 S. Main St., Hopkinsville. In order to vote during in-person absentee you must have a qualifying reason.
Voting will take place Oct. 25-27 and Oct. 30-31. As well as Nov. 1 from 8-4 p.m.
Early voting: Early voting will take place in three locations with no qualifying reason required. You can cast your ballot at Christian County Senior Citizen Center, James Bruce Convention Center and The Boys and Girls Club at Walnut Street.
Early voting will take place Thursday, Nov. 2, Friday, Nov. 3, and Saturday, Nov. 4, from 8-4 p.m.
Election Day voting: Election day voting will take place at several locations. No matter where you live, you can vote at any of the following locations.

- New Palestine Baptist Church

Election Day voting will take place Tuesday, Nov. 7 from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
