Wayne Carter, age 69 of Elkton, passed away on Wednesday, September 27 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee of natural causes.
Wayne was born April 17, 1954 in Elkton, Kentucky the son of the late Bill and Mary Rigsby Carter.
In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by a son, Timmy Wayne; four brothers, Claude, Larry, Joe Glenn and Marshall Carter and two sisters, Shirley Carter Sharpe and Linder Carter Latham. He is survived by two sisters, Lorraine Carter Young of Lewisburg and Barbara “Bobby” Carter Davenport of Russellville as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be a Memorial Service at a later date.
