Wilma Mills, 89, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 5:17 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024 at First Baptist Church with Pastor Todd Goulet, Rev. Jeremy Powell, and Rev. Ron Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Dickson, TN she was born February 9, 1935, the daughter of the late Samuel Napolean Robison and Lola May Yates Robison. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 20 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Ralph “Goose” Mills; and her brothers: James Edward Robison, Lee Roy Robison, and Howard Wayne Robison.
Survivors include her daughters: Sherry (Rick) Tetreault of Clarksville, TN, Laura (Terry) Hilling of Crofton, KY, Kathy (Robert) Tubbs and Debbie (Phil) Camp both of Hopkinsville, KY; her sister: Ruby Traughber of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren: Brad Haney, Brandon (Jayme) Tubbs, John (Cynthia) Tetreault, Amanda (Evan) Henderson, Jodi Camp, Genevieve (Hunter) Morgan, and Josh Hilling; nine great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to First Baptist Church or the Shriners Hospital for Children.
