On Thursday, Jan. 4 a man was arrested and charged after strangling a woman and breaking his restraining order at Ashwood Village in Northeast Hopkinsville.
On Wednesday, Jan. 3, Hopkinsville Police Department arrested a man for stalking a woman on the Hopkinsville Greenway System, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 24.
On Tuesday night, a Hopkinsville man was flown to Vanderbilt in Nashville, after he was shot in the stomach at the Manhattan Motel on South Main Street.
On Tuesday, Jan. 2, deputies from Christian County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for kidnapping and other charges after a brief pursuit that started in Ashwood Village.
On Saturday Dec. 30, deputies from Christian County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department arrested a suspect for trespassing and burglary after fleeing from officers.
After the arrest, Hopkinsville Police found more illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia in the suspects home.
Officers with the Hopkinsville Police Department were able to track down two suspects that burglarized Hopkinsville Self Storage earlier this month.
