HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Fire Department responded to a supposed vehicle fire on Monday and found a lived-in camper up in flames.

Payton Rogers with HFD reports that two stations were dispatched at 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 1 to Ashley Court in Hopkinsville. Crews arrived and found a “fully involved recreational vehicle (fifth-wheel) camper” on fire. After the fire was out, firefighters determined that the camper was destroyed.

The occupants of the camper did not suffer any injuries, and the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
