HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Oak Grove’s Spring into Summer Salutes Fort Campbell Festival is returning this month with two days of fun activities, food, carnival rides, and a massive free concert the weekend of May 24.

Country music star Brantley Gilbert will be headlining this year, who is known for his electrifying performances and chart-topping hits. He will take the stage on Saturday, May 24 at 7 p.m. to deliver an unforgettable evening of music and entertainment.

In addition to the concert, there will be live otters on site at the Otter Adventure booth where they will be playing around in the water and putting on fun, interactive shows for families. People can also watch a drone show and parachute jumpers on Saturday night. Vendors, a bubble zone, a beer garden, vendors, and more will also be at the festival.

“We are thrilled to welcome Brantley Gilbert to Spring into Summer Salutes Ft. Campbell,” said Traci Cunningham, Executive Director, Visit Oak Grove in a previous news release. “This festival is a tribute to our military families and a celebration of community. Having an artist of Brantley’s caliber join us this year is a true honor, and we know his performance will be a highlight for all attendees.”

This festival has been held annually for almost two decades at the War Memorial Walking Trail Park. In 2024, Poison frontman Bret Michaels headlined, with the second day of activities being canceled due to storm damage.

This free event does not require tickets for entry, parking, the concert, or rides. Doors open both days at noon, find the full schedule of events on the Visit Oak Grove website.
