HOPKINSVILLE, KY – The Pennyroyal Arts Council is proud to announce the second printing of its cherished community cookbook, Let Us Entertain You, now available for purchase.

Originally created during the Covid-19 pandemic, a period when gathering looked a little different, the cookbook quickly became a symbol of connection, tradition, and shared creativity across the region. Now, this beloved collection is returning to serve a new generation.

Due to continued demand, the Pennyroyal Arts Council has released a faithful reprint of the original volume, offering longtime supporters and new residents alike the opportunity to experience a cookbook that has become both a culinary staple and a meaningful keepsake.

Priced at $30, the cookbook arrives just ahead of Valentine’s Day, making it a thoughtful and locally inspired gift for anyone who appreciates home cooking, community heritage, and the joy of entertaining.

Proceeds directly support the Pennyroyal Arts Council’s mission to expand arts programming, provide educational outreach to thousands of regional students, and preserve the historic Alhambra Theatre as it approaches a remarkable milestone. The organization is preparing to celebrate the 100th birthday of the Alhambra Theatre in 2028, ensuring the landmark “remains a beacon of creativity for generations to come.”
