HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Christian County Chamber of Commerce hosted the Compass Small Business Awards on Feb. 11. Community members, city officials, business owners, and organizations gathered at the Alhambra Theater for an evening dedicated to celebrating local entrepreneurial accomplishments.
There were 14 categories for awards that were distributed, dedicated to a variety of honors in the community. They celebrated everything ranging from small businesses and restaurants to industries and nonprofits.
The following awards were presented by the Chamber.

- Foodie Favorite: The Crusty Pig
- Friend of Small Business Award: Danielle Renshaw
- Friend of the Community: Christian County Literacy Council
- Health and Wellness: Wellness Collective
- Hospitality Hero: Pennyroyal Arts Council
- Igniting a Spark: Hopkinsville Animal Clinic
- Industrial/Commercial Services: Krusteaz
- Local Legacy: Pioneers Inc.
- Nonprofit: Alpha Pregnancy Care Center
- Quality Service: Hope’s Health Care
- Specialized Service: Ezell Film Company
- Spirit of Entrepreneurialism: Camo Caravan
- Sunset: Mark McGee, McGee Pest Control
