CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY – The Kentucky State Police Post 2 is continuing its search for a missing Christian County woman, Emerald “Emmy” Raeann Forgette. Ms. Forgette is a 39-year-old white female, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen during the early morning hours of Sunday, Jan. 11, in the area of Hopkinsville Road in Nortonville.
Investigative leads remain limited at this time; however, troopers and detectives are utilizing multiple available resources in an effort to locate Ms. Forgette. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

The Kentucky State Police is requesting continued assistance from the public by sharing official posts to increase awareness, checking personal property including abandoned buildings, sheds, basements, vehicles, campers, and other structures where someone may seek shelter during cold weather, and reviewing security or trail camera footage. Citizens are encouraged to help reduce misinformation by avoiding the spread of unverified information or rumors.
The public is reminded to be mindful of private property rights and to always obtain permission prior to entering or searching any property.
