HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Hopkinsville Police Department is seeking assistance from the public to locate 17-year-old Cecil Fernandez who ran away.
Fernandez is approximately 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. HPD says he was last seen on Feb. 10 walking away from the Christian County Justice Center wearing a camouflage jacket, navy blue polo, khaki pants, and black “Hey Dude” shoes.
At this time, it is believed he is intentionally avoiding efforts to locate him, according to a statement from HPD.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call ECC Hopkinsville-Christian County at 270-890-1300.
