HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – While the weather and potential rain may impact some of the outdoor events in Hopkinsville and Christian County, there are some fun things to check out this Easter weekend including egg hunts for all ages.

Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation Nighttime Egg Hunt

  • Where: Tie Breaker Athletic Complex
  • When: April 3, check in at 6 p.m. egg hunt starts at 7:30 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Fields will be divided up for different age groups up to eight years old during the nighttime egg hunt, including a field for individuals with special needs. Kids should bring flashlights, a basket and comfortable shoes.

Easter Celebration and Pancake Breakfast in Oak Grove

  • Where: Oak Grove Community Center
  • When: April 4 from 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Cost: $10 for breakfast
  • Details: Easter egg hunt and breakfast by the Fort Campbell Masonic Lodge and Thomas A. Simms Jr. Lodge. An egg hunt will be held and the first 75 kids who attend will receive a free Easter basket.

Spring Opening Day & Easter Egg Hunt at Christian Way Farm

  • Where: Christian Way Farm
  • When: Saturday, April 4, 2026, starting at 10 a.m.
  • Cost: Cost of admission varies; food available for purchase
  • Details: Annual Easter egg hunt held throughout the farm all day, with children collecting eggs to exchange for a take-home goodie package. Guests can also enjoy farm animals, mini golf, train rides, playground activities, shopping in the country store and food from the Christian Way Café.

Hello Spring Fest

  • Where: Virginia Park in downtown Hopkinsville
  • When: April 4, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Rescheduled from last weekend, Hopkinsville’s 2nd Annual family-friendly spring festival will feature live music, local food trucks, vendors, kid and teen activities, line dancing, yoga in the park, games and a photo booth. Hosted by Vansauwa’s Tacos and Vegan Eats.

Easter Family Event in Pembroke

  • Where: Pembroke Baptist Church, 144 South Main Street
  • When: April 4, staggered egg hunts starting at 1:15 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Egg hunts for all ages including toddlers through fifth grade. There will be a petting zoo, bouncers, food and prizes.

Eggstravaganza at Restoration House Family Worship Center

  • Where: Restoration House Family Worship Center, 101 McLean Avenue
  • When: April 4 at 10:30
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Celebrate Easter weekend with an egg hunt, games, prizes, bouncers and sharing the Gospel.

Adult Easter Egg Hunt

  • Where: Book & Bottle Shop
  • When: April 4 from 12-8 p.m.
  • Cost: Free entry
  • Details: Visit the bookstore and hunt for eggs to get a prize inside. They will be hidden well throughout the store all day long, with one golden egg with an extra special prize. One egg/prize per person, prizes range from gift cards, coupons and free items. People can also make book page paper mache eggs all day.
