HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The National Weather Service in Paducah is anticipating numerous thunderstorms this week beginning Tuesday, with a daily chance of afternoon storms through Saturday which may result in severe weather.
Showers and storms are expected through midweek, with the wettest conditions likely Wednesday and Friday. Temperatures will cool slightly into the upper 70s and low 80s as clouds and rain persist.
Local heavy rainfall and localized flash flooding are also a concern alongside the storms.
