HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation hosted their annual downtown trick or treating event on Oct. 30, allowing families to celebrate Halloween as a community.
Dozens of vendors and businesses passed out candy and treats Friday afternoon to hundreds of costumed kids, with the roadway shut down to allow a safe environment for families to trick-or-treat. The event took place right after school until 5:30 p.m. down South Main Street and West Ninth Street.
