HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County and the Human Rights Commission of Hopkinsville are hosting The Supper Club, an open group that will explore the diversity of the community through food.
The Supper Club’s next meeting will be Thursday, Dec. 14, at the Pennyroyal Area Museum at 6 p.m. The club is open to anyone who loves food, conversation and learning about other cultures through coming together at the table, according to a news release from Museums of Hopkinsville.
This month, the program will feature sweet treats from various cultures. Guest chefs will share their special dessert and explain the origins of the dish. Guests will have the opportunity to taste and experience each culture through the food they share.
The Supper Club is designed to build community belonging. The cost to attend is $10 per person and tickets can be purchased at the Pennyroyal Area Museum or online at Eventbrite.
