HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The new attendance zone map for the 2024-2025 school year was sent out to families from Christian County Public Schools. The letter will state if the student will be moving schools or remaining in their current school zone.
Parents and guardians of fourth, ninth, tenth, and eleventh grade students will also receive the option to be grandfathered-in at their current school. Families choosing that option will have to fill out an application by March 8.
New attendance zones can be found on The Christian County Public Schools website, and on the zone map.
CCPS also wants to remind families of other important deadlines.
- Kindergarten registration for 2024-2025 school year is March 1 from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Christian County Middle School.
- District will notify parents or guardians by mail with confirmation of grandfather clause applications for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Deadline for employee choice application is March 22.
- Deadline for hardship application is April 19.
