OAK GROVE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The annual Fort Campbell Masonic Lodge pancake breakfast returns on Saturday, May 4, at the Oak Grove Community Center.
“It benefits the kids so they can further their education, and help out families who can’t afford supplies,” said Melissa Lynch, the community center director.
During the breakfast, attendees have the option to enjoy pancakes and sausage for a fee of $10, whether dining in or taking out. All proceeds from the event will directly support children in Kentucky and Oak Grove, particularly in providing school supplies.
For more than two decades, the event has been organized by volunteers from Fort Campbell Masonic Lodge #946, showcasing their ongoing commitment to community service and philanthropy. This is the first time the community center is hosting it. Although there is no specific fundraising goal, Lynch told Christian County Now they hope to raise as much as they possibly can.
