HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – From Thursday’s rain, several roads in Christian County are experiencing high water and drivers are urged to proceed with caution.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports that the following roads are open but under a high water advisory:
- U.S. 41A is open with high water between the 14.9 and 15.2 mile markers.
- U.S. 41A is open with high water at the 15.45 mile marker.
- KY 107 is open with high water between South Virginia Street and Bryan Street at the 18.4 mile marker.
- KY 1348 is open with high water at the 1.2 mile marker.
The only road currently blocked is KY 124 at the 1 mile marker due to excessive high water.
KYTC advises drivers to be mindful of the areas that are prone to flooding and to turn around, don’t drown.

- Sunday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 47. South southwest wind around 6 mph.
