HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Hopkinsville Police Department is still seeking assistance from the public to locate missing 17-year-old Cecil Fernandez who reportedly ran away.
On April 22, HPD advised that they still do not believe he is in any danger but is intentionally avoiding being located by law enforcement.
Fernandez is approximately 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. HPD says he was last seen on Feb. 10 walking away from the Christian County Justice Center wearing a camouflage jacket, navy blue polo, khaki pants, and black “Hey Dude” shoes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call ECC Hopkinsville-Christian County at 270-890-1300.
