HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) –The Hopkinsville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Javari Starks.
The evening of May 14, HPD shared that Starks was last seen in the area of Talbert Drive in Hopkinsville wearing a green hoodie, light grey jogging pants, and white Air Force One tennis shoes. He is approximately 5’3 and 130 pounds.
