HOPKINSVILLE, KY – The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County invites the public to their next History on Tap on Thursday, May 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Hopkinsville Brewing Company in honor of Memorial Day.

Wynn Radford will present a program “Someone Special Lived There,” an exploration of the lives of soldiers who lived in Hopkinsville and served in each of America’s wars – from the American Revolution through Afghanistan. Radford drew inspiration from Tim O’Brien’s “The Things They Carried,” a collection of short stories about his experiences in the Vietnam War.

History on Tap is a free series that seeks to share local history in a relaxed, fun setting. Programs are typically held on the last Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Hopkinsville Brewing Company.
