HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The last day to register to vote in the upcoming general election was on Oct. 5. Based on the most recent voter information from just days before the deadline, see how party lines are currently divided in Christian County as voters prepare to select new leadership.

Voter information from May when the primary election was held shows that 45,795 people in Christian County were registered to vote at that time. Over the past few months, voter registration has increased, with 46,336 registered voters as of the end of September.

Here is the voter registration information from the State Board of Elections as of September 2026 containing 42 precincts in Christian County for the three main parties. For perspective, the population of the entire county currently sits at around 71,000 people.
