HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Starting on June 1, Christian County Public Schools will be providing free meals to students and their families through their Summer Feeding program.
Meal bundles will be available each week through July 31 at various locations throughout Christian County to provide access to all students. Each bundle will contain five lunch and five breakfast meals for each student to offer additional support throughout the week while kids are not in school.
- Tuesdays: Christian County Middle School 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays: Gordon Park 11:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.
- Thursdays: First Baptist Church Oak Grove 11:00 a.m. –12:00 p.m.
CCPS says this program is available for children ages 2–18. A parent or guardian may sign for and pick up meals on behalf of children. There will be no distribution the week of June 29.
