The Hopkinsville Police Department is still on the lookout for Earl Cook Jr. When authorities find him, it will be Cook’s 15th arrest in Kentucky.

A man who said he was speeding “because he wanted to feel the beat of the music” was clocked doing 101 mph on Interstate 24 by a Christian County Sheriff’s deputy on Wednesday.
