HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Christian County primary election will be May 21, with polls opening from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.

There are a few important deadlines for voters to keep in mind for Election Day. Voter registration ended April 22, so any attempt to register to vote after that date will not be valid. Voters can apply for an absentee ballot on the Go Vote Kentucky website until May 7. Mail-in absentee ballots must be received before 6 p.m. on May 21.

Early voting will be at the Southside Church of Christ, the Senior Center, and the Boys and Girls Club in Hopkinsville May 16- 18 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

On May 21, there will be 13 polling locations in Christian County. Voters will be casting ballots for the Presidential primary as well as Hopkinsville City Council.
