Carlos “Carl” Bradley Priddy, age 88 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, July 16th at the Neighborhood Nursing Home in Hopkinsville of natural causes.

Carl was born September 7, 1935 in Louisville, Kentucky, son of the late James Bradley and Bertha Lee Mabe Priddy.

He was a retired truck driver and enjoyed playing softball, tennis, pickle ball and golf. He loved his family, and he was a loving son, brother, father, husband and friend.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Carlos Eddie Priddy; two brothers, James Earl Priddy and Joseph Leon Priddy, Sr. and four sisters, Minnie Pearl Priddy, Dorothy Mae Moore, Thelma Lucille Roby and Alma Frances Greenwell. He is survived by his wife, Constance “Connie” Priddy of Mt. Washington, Kentucky; two sons, Robert “Bob” Priddy (Kathy) of Hopkinsville and Barry Priddy of Louisville, Kentucky; a stepson, Joe Ford of Mt. Washington, Kentucky; eleven grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.

It was Carl’s wish to be cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on a later date.
