HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – 2025 is kicking off with extreme winter temperatures as lows drop into the teens, and the wind chill drags the area into the negative.
An extended period of sub-freezing conditions is expected from Tuesday through at least Thursday, according to the National Weather Service in Paducah. A winter system may also bring some snow to the region on Friday.
