HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Leading up to Alien Invasion Day and GoblinCon UFO & Paranormal Expo, Visit Hopkinsville is leading supernatural enthusiasts through the city with an intergalactic scavenger hunt.

Teams of two to three people can sign up for The Great Goblin Hunt and pick up a scavenger hunt packet at the Hopkinsville Visitors Center starting at 10 a.m. on Aug. 16. The packet will have clues that lead teams through Hopkinsville, with the goal of tracking down decorated alien statues.

Teams will take a photo with each alien they are able to locate, with the hunt wrapping up on Aug. 22. All teams that complete the scavenger hunt will be entered into a drawing, and winners be announced during the Alien Invasion Day festivities the following day.

Prizes include two VIP GoblinCon tickets valued at $300, four general admission GoblinCon tickets, or an alien statue to bring home. For more information about how to participate, contact Visit Hopkinsville at 270-887-2300.
