FORT CAMPBELL, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Extended closures and limited operations should be expected on Fort Campbell through Tuesday, Jan. 27 due to lingering snow and ice.
A news release from Fort Campbell says gates will be on DONSA operating hours, and the Fort Campbell Commissary will be open from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The following Fort Campbell AAFES Exchange facilities will be open Tuesday, all other AAFES facilities will be closed.
- Kentucky Express (Bastogne Ave.)
- Tennessee Express (Airborne St,)
- Troop Express (Rakkasan).
- Main Exchange and Food Court will be open 11 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Fort Campbell Schools will be closed for all students and staff on Tuesday, which includes all regular school operations and all after-school sports and activities. Christian County Public Schools will use NTI days though Wednesday, Jan. 28.
Fort Campbell says MWR facilities, to include CYS, are closed Jan. 27, except for:
- 24/7 unmanned PFCs (Shaw, Gertsch and Lozada)
- Dog in MWR Kennels are being cared for. MWR staff will continue to routinely monitor the camp grounds to assist campers.
Fort Campbell Integrated Religious Support Office All services are cancelled through Tuesday, Jan. 27.
