HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Live bands are set to perform at four different stages scattered around downtown Hopkinsville during the all new Hoptown Nights. Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation has organized this fun night of live music, allowing people to experience night life in in a new way.
On April 23 from 5-9 p.m., people can easily travel between locations off of South Main and in the East Sixth Street area to enjoy different cuisines, vibes and performances at locally owned businesses. Punk Rock will be at Camo Caravan on their outdoor patio, Britt Dignan will perform at The Mixer, catch Tim Scott at Hopkinsville Brewing Company, and Sugar Lime Blue at The Crusty Pig right out front of the restaurant.
All of these businesses are also part of the Downtown Entertainment District, so patrons are permitted to purchase and carry alcoholic beverages between locations while also stopping by other businesses in the district to shop and sip.
According to parks and recreation, the Rotary Auction is happening simultaneously downtown, with the public invited to attend the War Memorial Building for dinner or the live auction starting at 6 p.m. Find more information about Hoptown Nights on the Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation Facebook Page.
