HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – An annual benefit concert hosted by country singer/songwriter Brice Long is returning once again to Hopkinsville on July 11 at the Alhambra Theater. All of the proceeds from the concert will go toward helping families in Christian, Trigg and Todd County.

Facilitated by Long’s nonprofit, the Back2Back Foundation, this year’s Brice Long & Friends concert features performances by Tony Arata, Deric Ruttan and Casey James along with Long. The 2025 concert marked the 20th year of the benefit and was able to raise $115,617.

As a Hopkinsville native, Long formed the nonprofit in 2005 to support the needs of local families. The benefit will raise money for this year’s Christmas project that will provide clothing, shoes, food, household items, beds, toys, and more to families in need during the holidays.

This past Christmas, the Back2Back Foundation distributed gifts to just over 100 families and 250 kids in Christian County and the surrounding area. During the holiday season they also funded gift programs for several local nonprofits and organizations.

As a songwriter, Long has had cuts with Garth Brooks, George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Hank Williams Jr, Randy Houser, Josh Turner, Reba McEntire, Gary Allan, Chris Young, Jon Pardi, Lainey Wilson, Cody Johnson, Randy Travis, Gretchen Wilson, Porter Wagoner and many more. Brice’s songwriting hits include singles like “Heartache on The Dance Floor” by Jon Pardi and “Nothing on but the Radio” by Gary Allan.

Tickets are on sale now by the Pennyroyal Arts Council for $25. The show will be at 7 p.m. and last around 90 minutes.
