HOPKINSVILLE, KY – Hopkinsville Parks & Recreation, in partnership with Balance Wellness, is excited to offer free community yoga classes designed to welcome participants of all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11, classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 a.m. at the Thomas Street Recreation Center, 2600 Thomas Street, Hopkinsville, KY.
The program will feature both Chair Yoga and Mat Yoga, making it accessible for individuals who are new to yoga, have limited mobility, are recovering from an injury, or simply prefer a gentle, supportive exercise environment.
Participants can expect a welcoming atmosphere focused on improving flexibility, balance, strength, circulation, and stress reduction. The classes are offered free of charge as part of Hopkinsville Parks & Recreation’s ongoing commitment to providing healthy, inclusive recreational opportunities for the community.
