HOPKINSVILLE, KY – The Christian County Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Renaissance District, and Hopkinsville Small Business Commission are inviting the community to take part in a countywide holiday open house this week.

Over 25 locally owned businesses will be participating in the Holly Jolly Hop, which will kick off the Christmas season on Oct. 22–24. The weekend will showcase local businesses while encouraging the community to shop, dine and support local this holiday season.

“We want to create excitement around shopping local and give our businesses an opportunity to be seen and supported at the very beginning of the holiday season,” said Chloe Dossett, Director of Marketing, Events and Member Engagement for the Christian County Chamber of Commerce.

Businesses may be offering specials promotions or discounts, unique gifts, customer incentives, or festive experiences. To make the festive shopping easier, the Chamber has created an online map of participating businesses ranging from Fort Campbell Boulevard to downtown Hopkinsville and beyond for shoppers to travel to.
