  • Details: This monthly event in Crofton throughout the summer offers an evening of fellowship and food while raising money for Crofton’s Gordon Park. Each plate comes with a few fillets of fried fish, hushpuppies, fries, coleslaw, beans, and a drink

GoblinCon Murder Mystery Dinner

  • Where: Hopkinsville Brewing Company in Hopkinsville

  • Cost: $50 per person
  • Details: Kick off GoblinCon with A Killer Con: Murder at the VIP Dinner, an interactive murder mystery experience where guests work to solve a fictional crime before the convention begins. Admission includes a three-course dinner and the immersive mystery, while local craft beer will be available for purchase separately. Guests are encouraged to wear cosplay, fantasy attire or detective-themed costumes.

Craft Fare: Battle of the Food Trucks

  • Details: Casey Jones Distillery will celebrate the release of its newest Craft Fare offering with a full day of tasting tours, full tastings and fill-your-own-bottle experiences. Food will be available for purchase all afternoon, and there will be free live music.

Clippendale’s One Year Birthday Bash

  • When: Aug. 1, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

WATCH presents: Men 2 Be Back to School Bash

  • Where: War Memorial Building in Hopkinsville
  • When: Aug. 2, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: The WATCH Foundation and Men2Be Inc. will host a free back-to-school community event featuring school supply giveaways, free haircuts, a sneaker exchange, fitness classes, bounce houses and family activities. The event will also include vendors, food trucks, raffles and prizes while collecting donations of school supplies, toiletries, socks and gently used shoes to support local students and families.
