HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – A 9,000 square foot commercial development is being built next to Bradford Square Mall off of Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville. This large building should finish construction by 2025, with a vet office already confirmed to claim one of the available spaces.
Wendy Meyers, property manager with Welcome Home Sales & Rentals in Hopkinsville, has confirmed that there are two, 3,000 square foot spaces still available for rent. Todd County Vet will be opening an extension office in the first space.
Meyers told Christian County Now that with the new retail developments around the mall like Rural King and Ashley Furniture, a lot more foot traffic will be coming into the area. She has hopes that this will bring in several interested investors from all over.
“We would really like to get corporate company, and or food chain of some sort in at the beginning stages so we can put in necessary equipment, plumbing etc.,” said Meyers. “I’m extremely excited for what this will bring.”
