HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – Hopkinsville Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at East 18th Street on Monday, with no suspect currently in custody.
A report from HPD says that an unknown suspect shot a gun into a woman’s apartment while she was sleeping on June 30 around 1 a.m. No injuries were reported, but $200 worth of damage was done to the residence.
No arrests have been made at this time, but individuals involved could potentially face a wanton endangerment charge along with criminal mischief. Anyone with information regarding the shooting can contact HPD at 270-890-1300.
