Dudley Calvin Dobbins, age 60, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Health of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service to be held at Christian Heights United Methodist Church on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM with Pastor Donna Williams and Greg Gee officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the service hour at 2:00 PM at Christian Heights United Methodist Church on Friday, February 23, 2024. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements of their loved one.

Mr. Dobbins was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on May 12, 1963, the son of the late David Dobbins, Sr. and Rose M. Everett Dobbins. Dudley was a janitor for the Welcome Center on I-24 and was a member of Christian Heights United Methodist Church for over 31years.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Michelle Litchfield Dobbins of Hopkinsville, his two brothers, Melvin Dobbins of Nashville, David Dobbins, Jr. and spouse Sherri of Hopkinsville; and his three sisters, Anna Maria Sandoval and spouse Joaquin of Pembroke, Maria Dobbins McGhee and spouse Jamil of Ohio, and Rosanna Dobbins Tymes and spouse Gus of Oklahoma.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Christian Heights United Methodist Church Building Fund at 805 North Drive, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
