CHRISTIAN COUNTY, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – As the new year kicks off, take a look at some of the new restaurants, businesses, renovations and more that were unveiled in Christian County during 2025.
Spanning from Oak Grove to Crofton and everywhere in between, check out a list of openings that Christian County Now has covered, ranging from renovated parks and a new fire station to locally owned restaurants like Ma’s Kitchen and big box stores like Ollie’s Bargain Hunt.

7 Brew now open by Bradford Square Mall in Hopkinsville: Located by Bradford Square Mall, the new coffee drive-thru has opened in Hopkinsville.
The Dutch Oven restaurant opens in Crofton with homestyle buffet: Crofton’s newest restaurant The Dutch Oven has opened, offering the community a made from scratch Amish style buffet that features simple, homegrown cuisine.
