HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – The Hopkinsville Police Department is attempting to locate a missing teenager named Javari Starks.
The 15-year-old was last seen on the evening of Feb. 5 in the area of Talbert Drive. At the time, HPD says he was wearing a black jacket with “Don’t Kill My Vibe” written on the back. Starks is 5’1″ and around 125 pounds with shoulder length hair.
