March
Women’s History Month Celebration
- Where: The Book and Bottle Shop
- When: March 19 at 6 p.m.
- Cost: Free to attend
- Details: Hosted by the Human Rights Commission of Hopkinsville-Christian County, this annual celebration will feature scholarship presentations, the Women Educating Women Scholarship award and the announcement of the 2026 Fannie Bronson Postell Woman of the Year. The 2026 theme is “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future.”
MB Roland Disc Golf Course Grand Opening
- Where: MB Roland Distillery in Pembroke
- When: March 20 from 4–7 p.m.
- Cost: Free entry
- Details: Grand opening of the distillery’s new disc golf course featuring a flex-start format with two rounds on the nine-hole course. The event will include prizes, giveaways, putting games, ace prizes, a pop-up shop from Strong Side Disc Golf and food from the Fryz Wit Dat food truck.

- Details: Hosted by the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County, the weekend seminar explores the local roots and lasting impact of Edgar Cayce. The event will feature presentations by keynote speaker Adam Stokes and astrologer Mallory Key, with additional sessions and activities planned throughout the weekend.
Gordon Park Fish Fry Fundraiser
- Where: Crofton Gordon Park
- When: March 27, 4:30–8 p.m.
- Cost: $15 adults, $8 children (cash or check only)
- Details: Fish fry fundraiser benefiting the park, with dinner including fried fish, coleslaw, french fries, white beans, hush puppies, dessert and a drink. All proceeds support Gordon Park.
Tymeless Hearts Spring Festival
- Where: Trail of Tears Commemorative Park
- When: March 28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Cost: Free, donations accepted
- Details: This fundraiser will support families impacted by congenital heart defects. They will have heart families telling their stories including Monica Gude, Brittney Newcom, and at 2:00 The Hughes Family. Alice and the Mad Hatter will be present along with Easter Bunny photos, and egg hunts for all ages. Tickets can be purchased to play on site games and use a bounce house.
Peg’s 71st Birthday Celebration
- Where: Casey Jones Distillery
- When: March 28, 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Cost: Free to attend; limited-release bottle $99.99
- Details: Celebration featuring the release of a 100-bottle limited small batch bourbon created by Master Distiller Arlon Casey Jones in honor of Peg’s 71st birthday. The event includes tours and tastings, live music from the Alonzo Pennington Band, a food truck and bottle signings.
- Where: Virginia Park in downtown Hopkinsville

- Details: Hopkinsville’s 2nd Annual family-friendly spring festival featuring live music, local food trucks, vendors, kid and teen activities, line dancing, yoga in the park, games and a photo booth. Hosted by Vansauwa’s Tacos and Vegan Eats.

Spring Opening Day & Easter Egg Hunt at Christian Way Farm
- Where: Christian Way Farm
- When: Saturday, April 4, 2026, starting at 10 a.m.
- Cost: Cost of admission varies; food available for purchase
- Details: Annual Easter egg hunt held throughout the farm all day, with children collecting eggs to exchange for a take-home goodie package. Guests can also enjoy farm animals, mini golf, train rides, playground activities, shopping in the country store and food from the Christian Way Café.
Garden and Outdoor Living Expo
- Where: Christian County Extension Office Expo Center, 2850 Pembroke Road
- When: April 10 at 4 p.m., April 11 at 3 p.m.
- Cost: Free admission
- Details: A two-day expo displaying vendors, animal, and more from the region. This includes kids’ activities, free tree seedlings, gardening seminars, scavenger hunt, food trucks and more.
- Where: Hopkinsville Skatepark, 2700 Richard Street
- When: April 11, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Paint & Skate is more than just an event, it’s a day where families, kids, volunteers, and supporters come together to celebrate creativity, connection, and community. People will have a chance to assist painting murals inside the bowl of the skate park. Registration is required to paint.
Hoptown’s Makers Market – Spring Edition
- Where: The Silo, 110 John Rives Road
- When: April 12, 12–4 p.m.
- Cost: $3 per person (12 & under free)
- Details: Community market featuring local artisans, bakers, crafters and food trucks. Shop handmade goods, support small businesses, and enjoy a fun day out. Hosted by Hoptown Makers’ Market.
Area 270: The Frosting Files Cake Decorating Contest
- Where: Christian County Senior Citizens Center
- When: April 18, 2 p.m.
- Cost: Audience fee $5
- Details: Paranormal-themed cake decorating contest as a fundraiser for GoblinCon. Open to amateur decorators and the public, with live-streaming available. Attendees can sample the cakes after judging. Hosted by Visit Hopkinsville and GoblinCon UFO and Paranormal Expo.
Western Kentucky State Fair Car Show
- Where: Western Kentucky State Fairgrounds
- When: April 18, 2–6 p.m.
- Cost: $2 admission for spectators
- Details: Community fair featuring family-friendly activities, vendors, and entertainment. Hosted by Western Kentucky State Fair.

2nd Annual Porch Goose Paint Workshop
- Where: Superlawn & Garden in Hopkinsville
- When: May 2, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Cost: $105 per person
- Details: Step-by-step paint workshop for concrete geese with all supplies included. Participants can bring their own drinks and snacks, and a vendor will have goose outfits for sale. Hosted by Dabbling DaVinci.
- Where: Jeffers Bend Environmental Center
- When: May 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Free lunch and t-shirts, prizes for the smallest, largest, and most fish in each age group. Unforgettable memories with family and friends in the great outdoors. Bring your fishing gear (or borrow ours) and your sense of adventure.
19th Annual Spring into Summer Salutes Fort Campbell
- Where: 101 Walter Garrett Lane, Oak Grove
- When: May 23-24
- Cost: Free admisssion
- Details: Free amusement park rides, petting zoo, balloons, parachute jump, vendors, and a drone show to end the night. Country music singer Brett Young will headline the festival with a free concert.
